Ralph Millard, 79, of Hulbert, OK, and formerly of Hawarden, died Tuesday, December 14, 1993, at Hulbert. Services were held Tuesday, December 21, at the Porter-Dow Funeral Home in Hawarden with the Rev. Willard Galloway officiating. Burial was in Pleasant Hill Cemetery at Ireton. Visitation was all day Monday, December 20, and prior to service time Tuesday at the funeral home.

Mr. Millard was born November 22, 1914, in Hawarden, the son of Guy and Lucetta (Green) Millard. he graduated from the Hawarden High School in 1932 and served in World War II. He was employed at Truesdell Motors in Hawarden for about 30 years. He retired to Hulbert in 1984.

Survivors include two brothers, Harold of Wagoner, OK; and Harvey of Hulbert, OK; and a sister, Dorothy Thomas of New Cambria, MO. He was preceded in death by a brother, Alymer and two sisters, Vivian Gibson and Margaret Hansen
