Lois Longinaker Hammitt
Lois Hammitt died in her home in Fresno, CA, Thursday, April 29, 1993. Three generations of relatives and many friends attended graveside rites May 3, 1993.

She was the only child of Oscar and Margaret Longinaker and was born May 31, 1923, in Sioux City. She attended Hawarden Schools and Sioux City Business College. She met and married Ralph Hammitt April 17, 1943 and together they had three children, Peggy, Mark and Mary. Ralph and Lois celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary April 17 in Fresno where they lived since 1946
