Andrew John Hook, 2, died Wednesday, July 26, due to a drowning accident. Funeral services were Saturday, July 29 under the direction of Lakeshore Mortuary, Mesa, AZ. Andrew was born May 18, 1987, to Joe and Debbie Hook, 1431 East Enid, Mesa, AZ 85204. Joe was a former Hawarden resident.

He is survived by two sisters, Melissa, 13, and Mindy, 10; grandparents, Vince and Lavonne Hook, Hawarden, and Marilyn Ball, Minburn; great-grandparents, Asbra Recpor, Minburn; Catherine Kratochvil, Hawarden; and Ella Hook, Hawarden; five uncles; and four aunts.
