Trenna Scott Turner, 85, Wolfville, Nova Scotia, Canada, died Friday in Eastern Kings Memorial Hospital, Wolfville. Born in Hawarden, she was a daughter of the late John E. and Nellie Van Orman Scott. She attended Grinnell College and Northwestern University, later earning a masters degree from the University of Southern California. She also traveled extensively with her husband, an artist, before retiring to Wolfville in 1971.

She is survived by her husband, Wallace E.; a daughter, Patricia; a sister, Kathryn (Mrs. Wilfred Holdbridge), California; three grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by five brothers, Clifford, Floyd, Orlanda, John and Walter. The body is in H. C. Lindsay Funeral Home, Wolfville. Private memorial service will be held at a later date. Memorial donations may be made to the E.N.T. Department of the Halifax Infirmary.
