Inez M. Muth, 63, of Jefferson, died Monday, March 6, in a Sioux City hospital after a brief illness. Services were Thursday, March 9 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church with the Rev. Robert P. Brown officiating. Burial was in St. Mary's Cemetery at Hawarden.

Mrs. Muth, the former Inez Mae Millage, was born September 29, 1925, in Brookings, SD, and moved to Hawarden as a child. She married Bernard Muth, February 26, .1946, at Hawarden. The couple made their home at McCook Lake. She worked through Catholic Charities as a foster parent for a number of years. Mrs. Muth was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church and Ladies of LeSalette.

Survivors include her husband; two brothers, Dale Millage, of Lewisburg, PA, and Richard Millage, of Sioux Falls, and a sister, Mrs. Mary Fredericksen of Kankakee, IL.
