Mr. and Mrs. John Talsma mourn the loss of their baby boy, Arie, which the cruel hand of death took from them Monday at the age of one year seven months and fourteen days. The funeral was held on Tusday. They have the sympathy of the community.

(The 1910 census of Nassau Tsp, Sioux County lists – John Talsma born 1887 and wife Minnie born 1888 and two sons John 2 and Arthur age 1.)
