Mrs. Wm. Hazlitt (Hazlett) of Sioux County died August Twentieth. She was buried in Rock Valley Monday. She leaves ad large circle of Friends.

Mrs. Anna Hazlett wife of William Hazlett and a sister of James Gourley who resided near Hudson died last Saturday and funeral services were conducted Monday after noon by Rev Edward O'Rielly pastor of St. Mary's Catholic church after which her remains were laid to rest in the Catholic cemetery south of town. She was a kind woman ever reday to respond to calls to help.

Another source listed her birth date as 7 Jan 1860 county Antrim Ireland died Aug 1910. Her husband was William John Hazlett born 6 Mar 1863 IL and died 23 Aug 1930 Cherokee, IA. They had five children.)
