Willard C. Lang, 77, of Donnellson, died Thursday, May 19, at Fort Madison Community Hospital following a long illness. Services were held Monday, May 23, at 10:30 a.m. Burial was in Evangelical Cemetery.

Mr. Lang was born January 29,1911 in Donnellson to Albert and Ellen Fett Lang. He married Luella Mohr April 28, 1935 in Kahoka. They moved from Donnellson to Hawarden, where Lang had a trucking business for 40 years. He was a member of St. Paul's United Church of Christ in Donnellson and a member of the Eagles Lodge.

Survivors include his wife, Luella, of Donnellson; and one sister, Mrs. Lee (Ruth) Hodson, of Donnellson, He was preceded in death by his parents
