Found Dead In Room in Chicago.
Wesley Wayne White, 45, of Chicago, who spent most of his life in the Ireton and Hawarden vicinities, was found dead in his room in Chicago, August 18, 1956. It is believed he died from a heart attack about August 14, 1956.

The body was brought to Hawarden and graveside services were held at 3 o'clock, Monday afternoon in Grace Hill Cemetery, Hawarden, Iowa, under the direction of the Bernard Funeral Home. Reverend Paul Williams of the First Baptist Church was in Charge of the services.

A son of Mrs. Gertie Dick of Alcester and the late Garfield White. He was born July 2, 1911, in Ireton. Later he lived in Hawarden and attended the local high school. He left Hawarden five years ago.

Survivors include his mother. Mrs. Dick of Alcester: a half-brother, Dean White of Carbondale, Kansas; a half-sister, Mrs. Ernest Holmes of Parkville, Missouri and his step-mother, Mrs. Olevia White of Hawarden.
