Hawarden Independent August 27, 1987

Glenn Heuer, 20, of Hawarden, died Saturday, August 22, 1987, of injuries suffered in a two-vehicle accident west of Hawarden. Services were at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, August 26, in Trinity Lutheran Church in Hawarden. Rev. Loren Vogler officiated. Burial was in Grace Hill Cemetery under direction of Dow Funeral Home. Pallbearers were Duane Reineke, Dennis Walz, Robert Schiltz, Paul Janssen, Tom Bockelman and Todd Fiedler.

Mr. Heuer was born March 7, 1967, at Sioux Center. He was employed at Wells Blue Bunny Dairy at Le Mars. Mr. Heuer was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church. Survivors include his father, Dean Heuer of Hawarden; a brother, Lyle of Hawarden; and grandmothers, Mrs. Clara Heuer of Hawarden and Mrs. Cora Wells of Alcester.
