Funeral services for Phillip Eades, 6 year old grandson of Mrs. George Gould of Hawarden, who died in Madison, Tennessee Hospital following an operation, were held at the Pleasant Hill Methodist Church there last Thursday, Reverend Fred Fox officiating.

Survivors include his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Forrest Eades; three brothers, Jerry, David and Roger, all of Madison, Tennessee; grandparents, Mrs. George Gould of Hawarden, Forrest Eades, Sr. and Mrs. Tipton of Orlando, Florida.

Mr. and Mrs. Gould went to Tennessee to attend the funeral. He returned Monday. She remained to spend a month with her daughter and family. Mr. and Mrs. Eades and sons visited in Hawarden last July.
