Mrs. Guy W. Millard. 86, Hawarden, died Monday at the Hawarden Hospital following an illness of several months.

Services were held at 1:30 P.M. Thursday at the Associated Church. The Reverend Cornelius Wilkens officiated. Burial was in Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Ireton under the direction of the Dow Funeral Home of Hawarden.

Mrs. Millard, the former Lucretta Green, was born June 20, 1890, in Sioux City. She was married June 12, 1911. Mr. Millard died in 1940.

She had been a resident of Hawarden for the past 60 years and was a member of the Associated Church.

Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Leonard (Dorothy) Thomas of New Cambria, Missouri, and Mrs. Allen (Vivian) Gibson of Medford, Oregon; four sons, A. Harold of Wagoner, Oklahoma, Ralph of Hawarden, Harvey of Amelia, Ohio and Alymer of Grand Rapids, Michigan; a brother, Lawrence Green of Balaton, Minnesota; a sister, Mrs. Winnie Jeffers of Bowie, Maryland; 19 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
