Blaine Anthony Keith, 21, of Le Mars died unexpectedly Friday, November 25, at Floyd Valley Hospital in Le Mars.

Services were Monday, November 28, at 1:30 P.M. at Van Etten-Oolman-Van Gelder Funeral Home in Orange City with the Reverend Steven Vander Molen officiating. Interment was at Sherman Township Cemetery near Maurice.

Keith was born August 14, 1973, at Sioux Center. He moved to Orange City in 1977 and to rural Maurice in 1985. While there, he attended the Sioux Center Community High School. He moved to Le Mars in 1991, where he was employed by a construction company.

Survivors include his parents, Rebecca Margaret (Bunjes) and Larry Eugene Keith of Maurice; his father, Robert Huisman of Sioux Center; his brother, Dustin of Maurice; grandparents, Dorothy Bunjes of Le Mars, Cecil Keith of Sioux Center, and Wilbur and Tina Huisman of Sioux Center; and uncles, aunts and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Walter Bunjes and Jennie Keith.
