Ethel Keizer, 75, of Sioux Center, died Friday, February 26, 1988 at a Sioux City Hospital.

Services were held at 1:30 P.M. Monday, February 29 at the First Reformed Church in Sioux Center with the Reverend Harold Lenters officiating. Burial was in Memory Gardens Cemetery in Sioux Center. Visitation was held from 2-3 P.M. Sunday at the Memorial Funeral Home in Sioux Center.

Mrs. Keizer, the former Ethel DeBoer, was born November 23, 1912 at Rock Valley. She lived her youth and attended School in the Alvord area. She also lived in Orange City and Sioux Center. She married Joe A.C. Keizer on May 8, 1969 in Sioux Center, where they made their residence. He died November 16, 1970. She was a member of the First Reformed Church in Sioux Center.

Survivors include four step-sons, Dick, Bill, and Jim, all of Doon, John of Hull; a step-daughter, Mrs. Fritz (Fenna) Winter of Boyden; a brother, William T. DeBoer of Sioux Center; a sister, Mrs. James (Jeanette) Schilt of Fresno, California; 18 step grandchildren and 33 great-step grandchildren
