From the Rock Valley Bee, June 2, 1911:

Mr. and Mrs. M. VerDoren of near Carmel mourn the death of their infant babe who died Saturday. The bereaved parents have the sympathy of many friends in their community.

There are no entries in the index for a 1911 Ver Doorn or similar death, or for an eligible male M. Ver Doorn or similar. A quick name search on Ancestry.com, 1910 census, for a M. VerDoren, VerDoorn or VerDorn living in Sioux County did not find anyone.]
