Funeral services were held at the Netherlands Reformed Church here at 2:15 P.M. Thursday, July 6, for Mrs. Mary Kramer, 68, lifelong resident of Sioux Center vicinity, who died July 3 at the home of her son, Arie, near Maurice.

A brief service attended by members of the family was held at the Little Chapel preceding the service at the church.

The Reverend C. Hageman conducted the services. Burial was made in the Sioux Center Community Cemetery under the direction of the Co-operative Funeral Service.

Mrs. Kramer was born near Sioux Center April 12, 1893, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Jacob Jans, and grew to young womanhood in the area. On February 22, 1915, she was married to Gerrit Kramer at Hull, and to this union seven children were born, all of whom survive her.

Mr. Kramer passed away April 13, 1959. The past two years Mrs. Kramer had lived near Ireton and prior to that lived in Sioux Center.

Survivors include five sons, Henry and Jacob, both of Ireton, Arie of Maurice, Martin and Dick of Grand Rapids, Michigan; two daughters, Mrs. Gerald Kosters of Moline, Michigan, and Mrs. Carl Veenstra of Grand Rapids. She is also survived by a sister, Bertha Jans of Orange City, and 26 grandchildren.
