Charley Moeller, 85, of Inwood, died Thursday, August 23, 1990 at the Fellowship Village Nursing Home in Inwood.

Services were held at 10:30 A.M. Monday, at Bethlehem Lutheran Church, Inwood, with the Reverend William Breen officiating. Burial was at the Richland Cemetery in Inwood. Visitation was held at the Porter Funeral Home, Inwood, Iowa.

Mr. Moeller was born October 15, 1904, at Plato Township, Sioux County. He attended rural school and married Emma Gayer March 27, 1932, in rural Rock Valley. They farmed south of Rock Valley until 1949, when they moved to a farm near Inwood. In 1976, they retired into town. Charley moved to Fellowship Village in August 1989.

He was a member of Bethlehem Lutheran Church, where he was a past treasurer, and was on the Lyon County Board of Review for many years.

Survivors include his wife, Emma; a son, Charles F. Moeller of Rock Valley; a daughter, Mrs. Michael (Eunice) Tickner of Westfield, New Jersey; a brother, Harry Moeller of Alvord, Iowa; three grandchildren, William, Robert and Elizabeth; and a great-grandson, Charlie.
