Hawarden Independent, January 22, 1931 (may have another obit from the same paper dated January 19, 1931)

Mrs. Harriett Mound, wife of Milton Mound, died at her home west of Hawarden Monday, January 16, from pneumonia. The deceased was 70 years of age at the time of her death. They have been residents of this community for several years. Mr. Mound being employed by Meeter & Scott to look after the stock at the slaughter house. The funeral was held from the house Wednesday afternoon, Rev. Ambler conducting the services.
