Henrietta Klein, 83, of Doon, died Friday November 18, 2005 at the Sioux Center Community Hospital.
Funeral service will be 1:30 Monday at the Doon Protestant Reformed Church. Burial at Hillside Cemetery at Doon, IA.

Henrietta was born June 18, 1922 at Doon, daughter of Henry and Jane (Gort) Kuiper. She married Clarence Klein on April 2, 1946 at Doon. Together they farmed between Doon and Rock Valley. Henrietta was the librarian at the NW IA Protestant School for many years, a hospice volunteer, charter member of the Doon Protestant Reformed Church, and belonged to the Martha Society. After Clarence's death on February 18, 1989, Henrietta moved into Doon. Henrietta is survived by her son Bill (Valorie) Klein of Hull; daughter, LaJean (Howard) Bonestroo of Doon; Laura (Gaylen) Te Slaa of Sioux Falls, S.D.; 10 grandchildren, Mike (Carol) Bonestroo, Cyndra (Dan) Bruxvort, Kim (Craig) Vander Veen, Crysta (Rev. Allen) Brummel, Chad (Jenny) Klein, Cara (Chris) Vermeer, Grant (Kalie) Klein, Cassie (Dave) Vander Meulen, Jeff Te Slaa, Karla Te Slaa; 22 great-grandchildren; sister; Johanna (James) Koops of Hudsonville, MI.
