From the Rock Valley Bee, November 11, 1910:

Mr. and Mrs. J. Driessen [probably Driesen] mourn the death of their four weeks old baby. The little one died Sunday. Funeral services were held at the home Tuesday conducted by Rev. J. Holweirda. The bereaved parents have the sympathy of many kind friends in their home of sadness.

[There is not enough information to positively identify this family. The 1910 U.S. census shows Henry J. and Ada Driesen and two young children living in Plato Township, south of Rock Valley.]
