Mrs. Alex Morrison, 67, a former resident of Hawarden, died Monday, October 6, at her home at Montrose, SD from a heart ailment.

Delia May Gosline, daughter of Henry & Martha Gosline, was born June 12, 1880, at New Castle, Neb. She came to Hawarden with her parents. She married Alex Morrison of Ireton, March 22, 1901.

Besides her husband, survivors are three daughters, Mrs. Rebecca Sessler and Mrs. Lorraine Warner, both of Sioux Falls, and Mrs. Martha Canterbury of St. Joseph, MO; one son, Wendell Morrison of Kasota, MN; three sisters, Mrs. Flora G. Wells of Pine Ridge, SD; Mrs. Daisy Hughes of Sioux Falls,, and Mrs. Emily Loveless of Sault St. Marie, MI; five grandchildren and one great grandchild.

Funeral services were held at Montrose last Thursday. Burial was in Hills of Rest in Sioux Falls.
