Sioux County Capital, May 6, 1992

April Lynn Louwerse, 18 day old daughter of Kevin Jon & Carma Kaye Louwerse of Orange City, died Monday, April 27, 1992, at Sioux Valley Hospital in Sioux Falls, SD.

She was born April 9, 1992, at Sioux Falls and had been ill since birth.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by her twin sister, Abigail Kaye; grandparents, Kenneth & Hermina Louwerse and Clarence & Karen Vander Veen all of Orange City, and great-grandparents, Gertrude Louwerse and John & Dorothy De Boer all of Sioux Center, and Henry & Grace Vander Veen and Wein & Alvina Vander Zwaag all of Orange City.

She was preceded in death by great-grandparents, John Louwerse & Nellie Vander Veen.

Family funeral services were held Wednesday, April 29, at the Van Etten-Oolman-Van Gelder Funeral Home in Orange City. The Rev. Ralph A. Pontier of the First Christian Reformed Church in Orange City officiated. Interment followed at West Lawn Cemetery in Orange City.
