Eva J. Post, 93, of Orange City died Sat. March 30, at Orange City hospital.

Services were at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday April 2, at First Reformed Church Chapel with Rev. Henry Poppen officiating. Burial was in Capel Township Cemetery at Middleburg.

The former Eva Mouw was born Feb. 2, 1898 in rural Boyden. She married Henry Post in Dec. 1918 at Boyden. They farmed at Middleburg until his death Jan. 1, 1931. She moved to Orange City, where she did domestic work until her retirement. She was a resident of the Pioneer Home in Orange City in her later years.

She was a member of First Reformed Church.

Survivors include two sons, John of Lady Lake, FLA, and Morris of Salt Lake City, UT; a daughter, Priscilla Salmon of Boyden; six grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
