Henrietta Hansen, 65, of Raymond, Washington, and formerly of Sioux Center, died suddenly on September 5.

Hansen, the former Henrietta Wielenga, was born to Peter and Lydia Wielenga on April 14, 1927, near Lebanon. She was an active member of First Baptist Church as well as many community events. She married Gene Hansen.

Memorial services were September 9 at First Baptist Church in Raymond, Washington, with burial at Olympia, Washington.

Survivors include two daughters, Orvilla and Dennis Ohlde, Linda and Tim Dromgoole; two sons, Gary and Cindy Nieland and William and Gena Nieland; eight grandchildren; one great-grandchild; one brother, Jake Wielenga of Ontario, California; and three sisters, Till and John H. Van Voorst of Sioux Center, Lyda and James Tamminga of Grand Rapids, Michigan and Mary Ann and Henry Van Bemmel of Doon.
