Mrs. Mary Hansen, a Sioux Center resident for the past 18 years, died suddenly at the down town office of Dr. William Maris on Thursday morning. She had been taken to town by car by Nellie Mouw and had walked from the street into the office and was stricken with a heart attack as she entered the office. She had reached the age of 68 years and was suffering much due to heart trouble for the last several years.

She is survived by her only son, Mr. Ted Hansen of Lebanon, from whose home funeral services were held on Saturday afternoon.

Services were also held at the Lutheran Church at Lennox, South Dakota, her former home. Rev. Meengs of the Central Reformed Church officiated.

Burial was made at the West Prairie Cemetery at Lennox, South Dakota and pall bearers were John G. Aalberts, Ora Bunger, Oscar Gedstad, Henry Fadness, Oscar Fadness, and Iver Lukkan all of Lennox, South Dakota.
