Funeral services were held Saturday afternoon at the American Reformed Church of Orange City for William Schultz, who passed away Wednesday morning, September 10. He had been in poor health since suffering a severe stroke five years ago and a second stroke a month ago.

Rev. Alvin Hook officiated at the services.

Mr. Schultz was born on November 27, 1872, at Mt. Pleasant, IA. He was married to 1900 to Eva Hospers of Orange City. To this union, three children were born: Frederick of Los Angeles, CA; Warner of Schenectady, NY, and Dorothy (Mrs. Raymond Daggett) of Conrad, IA. Mrs. Schultz preceded him in death and in 1943 he married Mrs. Kate Vos, who now survives.

Also surviving are four grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
