Ben H. Fedders, 73, of Sioux Center died Tuesday, October 25, in a hospital in Sioux Center. Services were at 10:30 a.m. Friday at First Christian Reformed Church in Sioux Center with the Rev. John Postman officiating. Burial was in Memory Gardens Cemetery.

Fedders was born February 21, 1915, at Carnes. He married Lena De Groot February 15, 1938, in Sioux Center.The couple farmed in the Rock Valley, George and Sioux Center areas and moved into Sioux Center in 1985.

Survivors include his wife; three sons, Bernard K. of Ireton, Robert of Doon and Roger of Sioux Center; two daughters, Janet Kleinwolterink of Hull and Kathleen Vollink of Ireton; two brothers, Dick of Hawarden and Gerrit of Ireton; two sisters, Sadie Sinkey of Lakewood, California, and Matelda Van Meeteren of Luverne, Minnesota; 17 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
