Funeral services were held at 2 P.M. Wednesday, June 16, at the Kraai Funeral Home at Hull, for Mrs. Ben Feikema, 80, of Sioux Center, who passed away at the local hospital Sunday following a month’s illness due to a heart condition and complications.

Rev. Richard De Ridder, pastor of the local First Christian Reformed Church, officiated and burial took place at the local cemetery.

Mrs. Feikema, nee Tena Vanden Heuvel, was born in the Netherlands on January 1, 1885, and came to this country in 1921. In 1935, she married Ben Feikema, who preceded her in death about 10 years ago.

Only survivors include a brother and a sister in the Netherlands
