Mrs. E. L. Satterlee of Blue Earth, Minn., former resident of Ireton, passed away last Thursday evening from a brain tumor. She had been in poor health for the past six years with arthritis.

Her remains were brought to Ireton and services were held at the grave in Pleasant Hill cemetery at 11 o'clock Monday morning, with Rev. Fred G. Grantham in charge.
Edna K. Wright, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. A. J. Wright, was born at Hanover, Ill., January 30, 1890. She came to Ireton with her parents and grew to womanhood here. She graduated from the Ireton High School, after which she taught in the rural schools. In 1921 she married Elmer L. Satterlee and moved to Blue Earth, Minn. She was the last member of her family. Her parents and a sister, Alta, preceded her in death.
