Lela Jean Raines, 23 months, of Sioux Center died Thursday, December 16, at Sioux Valley Hospital Pediatrics Intensive Care Unit in Sioux Falls. Funeral service was Monday at 10:30 a.m. at the Memorial Funeral Home of Sioux Center with the Rev. R. Van Rathbun officiating. Interment was in Memory Gardens Cemetery of Sioux Center.

Left to cherish her memory are Dustin Boyer, Sherry and John Raines, her extended family, the Gregg and Sharon Miller Family and friends, her many physicians, nurses and caregivers, specifically those staff members of Children's Care Hospital & School of Sioux Falls and Sioux Valley Hospital & Specialty Clinics of Sioux Falls.
