From the Alton Democrat, November 21, 1903 :
Joe Rexwinkel drove up to Carmel vicinity Monday to attend the funeral of his cousin Cornelius Kuyper who died Saturday of inflammatory rheumatism. He was nineteen years old a son of Gysbert Kuyper and grandson of A. Kuyper.

From the Rock Valley Bee, November 27, 1903:
Neal Kuyper, son of J. Kuyper of Plato township, died lst week from the effects of rheumatic fever. He was a most promising young man, and his parents have the sympathy of all in their bereavement.

The Sioux County Cemetery Index has:
Kuyper, Cornelius, b. 22 May 1884, d. 13 Nov. 1903, son of G. B. & E., Carmel Cem Carmel IA.

(GSCGS researcher Wilma J. Vande Berg found this to be his family. Gysbert Kuyper born Sep 1859 IA, died 26 Dec 1924 wife Ellen De Jong born 1865 died 1948 Children Jennie, Cornelius 1884-1903, Harry, Netty, Katie, John, Walter, Gerrit , Mary, Guysbert, Maria, Avery, and Evelyn. Quite a few of these children died before adulthood)

The 1900 U.S. federal census for Sioux County, Plato Township has Gysbert Kuyper (40), a farmer, his wife Ellen (34), children Jennie (17), Cornelius (16), Harry (13), Netty (12), Katie (10), John (8), Walter (4), and Gerrit (2).
