Frank LeRoy Armstrong, 80, of Rock Valley died Tuesday, February 11, 2003, at Good Samaritan Care Center in Sioux Falls, S.D.

Memorial Services will be 2 p.m. Saturday at Porter Funeral Home in Rock Valley. Burial of cremains will be in Valley View Cemetery. There will be no visitation.

Surviving relatives include his wife, Frances of rural Doon a brother, Charles and his wife, Myrna Armstrong of Canton, SD sisters, Mrs. Wally (Grace) Feller of Sioux Falls, Mrs. Thomas (Pearl) World of Salt Lake City, UT, and Alice Remstad of Willard, Mo. Porter Funeral Home of Rock Valley, IA, is in charge of arrangements.
