From the Sioux County Bee and Rock Valley Register, April 14, 1899:
The infant daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Tilliss died last Saturday. The funeral was held at the Catholic church Sunday.

(Further identification of this family was not readily available. There is no Tillis, Tilliss, or Tilles family member listed in the Sioux County Cemetery Index. A search on Ancestry.com did not find a Tillis or Tilles family in Sioux County in 1895 or 1900.)
