Mrs. Ella Voverka has received the sad news of the death of her brother, S. E. Smith, which occurred in a hospital in Sterling, Colo., March 16th. The family formerly lived in Sioux County, moving from here to O'Brien County where they lived several years, after which they moved to Brookings, S.D. After residing there a few years they moved to Otis, Colo, where he was living with a daughter at the time of his death. His wife preceded him in death last October.
