Alton Democrat of Jun 29, 1907

Monday afternoon June twenty fourth occurred the death of Mrs. Mary Perrott at the home of her son Nic Perrott in Hospers. Interment was made in St. Anthony's church cemetery. For several years she has been ailing and death came suddenly to her for during the morning she had seemed to be in usually good spirit.

Mrs. Perrott was born in Germany in 1827 and came to America to settle near the present town of Caledonia Minnestoa until the fall of 1884 when she with her family moved to Sheldon and later to Hospers where she has during the past years made her home with her son Nic Perrott. But three children survive her Nic Perrott, Mesdames John Riedmiller and Frank Graff. Thus a mother and friend has been taken away to leave sorrow where she gave sunshine.

( From an online repost Her husband was Henry Perrott born 7 Sep 1829 Luxemburg died 1886 Hanson Co. SD. She was born 20 Aug 1827/1830 Nagem Luxemburg, She was first married to Nicolas Grav 1829-1862. Her parents were Pierre Hosch and Margaretha Graas.)
