Services for Hilde Baade Steinkamp, 91, of the Western Retirement Home, Cedar Falls, were held Tuesday, Dec. 20, 1983, at the Hathaway and Myers Funeral Home, Columbus, IN, with burial in the Garland Brook Cemetery. She died Friday, Dec. 16, at the Western Home.

Mrs. Steinkamp, the daughter of Rev. and Mrs. Martin Baade, was born in 1892 in Seattle, WA. In 1913 she was married to Rev. George Steinkamp of Jonesville, IN, who preceded her in death. Mrs. Steinkamp was a long-time Hawarden
resident.

She is survived by three sisters: Olga Klehfoth, Selma Fay and Gertrude Gertrude Baade, all of Cincinnati, OH, and one brother, Martin Baade, of Cleveland, OH. Also surviving are eight sons: Theodore Steinkamp of Columbus, IN; Roland Steinkamp of Peoria Heights, IL; Norman Steinkamp of La Grange Park, IL; Rev. George Steinkamp of Mountain Lake, MN; and one daughter, Charlotte Lawton Eilers of Cedar Falls. Mrs. Steinkamp had 31 grand children and 26 great-grandchildren. Memorials may be given to the Western Retirement Home, Cedar Falls.
