Ann Hamilton, 77, of Arnolds Park, formerly of Hull, died Tuesday, June 3, 2003, at Madonna Rehabilitation Hospital in Lincoln, Neb. Services were held on Tuesday, 10:30 a.m. at Vander Ploeg Funeral Home in Sheldon. Dr. Emmanuel Dass officiated. Burial was at East Lawn Cemetery in Sheldon.

Ann was born May 21,1926, at Hull, the daughter of Henry and Elizabeth (Lohman) Victoria. She graduated from Hull High School in 1944 and attended Morningside College in Sioux City. She married Roger A. Hamilton on Sept. 2, 1946, at Hull. The couple made their home in Coleridge, Neb. In 1953, they moved to Orange City. From 1963-87, they made their home in Sioux City. In 1987 they retired to Arnolds Park.

Her husband, Roger preceded her in death on April 25,1994, at Surprise, Ariz. Mrs. Hamilton was a past member of Grace United Methodist Church in Sioux City. She enjoyed spending time with her friends, especially a good game of bridge or line dancing.

Survivors include two daughters, Susan Brown of' Bradenton, Fla. and Sally Rewinkel and her husband Darrell of Phoenix, Ariz.; a son, Tom Hamilton and his wife Kathy of Lincoln, Neb.; seven grandchildren; a great-grandchild; a sister, Eleanor Hayen of Plymouth, Minn.; and many other relatives and friends.

In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents; a son-in-law, Mike Brown in 2002; and a brother, Victor Victoria. Memorials may be directed to the American Cancer Society
