Stena Rozeboom, 85, of Sioux Center died Friday, March 8, in the Sioux Center Community Hospital.

Services were at 10 A.M. Tuesday, March 12 in the Vander Ploeg Funeral Home in Sioux Center. The Rev. John Hellinga officiated. Burial was in Memory Gardens Cemetery. Family visitation was from 7-8 P.M. Monday in the funeral home.

Mrs. Rozeboom, the former Stena Deiters, was born June 6, 1899, at Sioux Center. She married Rich Rozeboom May 22, 1918, at Sioux Center. They made their home in Sioux Center where he was in the insurance business. He died July 2, 1981.

Survivors include one son, William of Holland, Michigan; a daughter, Mrs. Alex (Gertrude) Johnston of Denison, Texas; two sisters, Mrs. Edward (Helen) Fisher of Muskegon, Michigan and Mrs. Walter (Henrietta) Hughes of Des Moines; two grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; one step grandchild and two step great-grandchildren.
