Saturday morning occurred the death of Mrs. M. Dieleman after many weeks of suffering with Brights disease. She was fifty years of age and leaves her husband and one daughter. With her Sister Mrs. J. Reekes she came from the Netherlands in 1882 and was married the next year to M. Dieleman. Two of the three children born to them have died. The funeral was held Tuesday afternoon the services being conducted by Rev. Stapelkamp in the First Reformed church.

(From the marriage record Sioux County - Meeuws Dieleman 37 yrs married 2 March 1883 Orange City IA to Aartje Vanden Brink born 1857 daughter of Jan Vanden Brink and Geerjte Westhuis. Found their daughter's name to be Fannie in the 1900 census.)
