Mr. John J. H. Rozeboom passed away early Friday morning at his home.l He had reached the age of 66 years and 24 days.

On March 10, 1914, he was united in marriage to Anna Kruizenga, who now survives as well as their children, Alice, Mrs. Dick Van Wyk of Hawarden; James of Rock Rapids; Dick of Doon; Gerrit of Sioux Center; Aldine, Mrs Robert Warburton of Washta; and Marion of Sioux Center. One son, James, preceded him in death, in infancy. He is further survived by the following sisters and brother, Minnie, Mrs. Jake G. Vermeer; Mina Mrs. Art Franken; Johanna, Mrs. John Clevering, Rev. Gerrit J. Rozeboom and Elizabeth, Mrs. John Van Maanen. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren and one grandchild preceded him. Mr. Rozeboom's mother preceded him in death on Dec. 5, 1938 and his father on Oct. 24, 1949, as well as 4 brothers who died early in life.

Mr. Rozeboom had spent all of his lifetime near Sioux Center and had farmed until 1949 then moved to town where he spent the remaining years of his life.
