Travis John TerHorst, 4 week, old son of Mr. and Mrs. Evan TerHorst, rural Ireton died Tuesday, Sept. 2 in the University of Minnesota Hospital. Services were at 10:30 a.m. Friday in the First Christian Reformed Church in Ireton. The Rev. Bernard Fynaardt officiated. Burial was in West Lawn Cemetery at Orange City under direction of Van Gelder: Funeral Home of Orange City .

Travis John was born Aug. 5, 1980 at Sioux Center. Survivors in addition to the parents include the maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Clarence DeGroot of Hull and the paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence TerHorst of Ireton.
