Hold Last Rites Here Nov. 26 For Mrs. John Kleyn Funeral services for Mrs. John Kleyn were held here November 26 at the home at 12:30 and in the Netherlands Reformed church at 2 p.m., with Rev. John Van Zweden officiating. Mrs. Kleyn died at her home on November 23 Mrs. Kleyn was born at Alto, Wisconsin, on April-9, 1882, She came to Sioux Center with her parents, at the age of one.

On December 38, 1003 she was united in marriage to John Kleyn. To this union 11 children were born, all of whom survive. Her husband preceded her in death, having died in September of this year.

She is survived by 11 children, Dick Kleyn of Sisseton, S. D., Fredreaka (Mrs. Jake Gerritsen), of Rock Valley; Neal Kleyn, Orange City; Ben Kleyn, Lester; Cornealia (Mrs. John Hofland), Grace Kleyn; Lena (Mrs. Herman Kruid) of Orange City; Dena, (Mrs. John Weikamp; Jennie (Mrs. Jaspar Van Veldhuizen) of Hull; Elizabeth (Mrs. Teunis Flint) of Alvord; and Marie Kleyn. Also surviving are 16 grandchildren, one sister and one brother. Four sisters preceded her in death.
