Nick J. Kooiker suffers fatal heart attack Funeral services for Nick J. Kooiker, 64, who died Friday, December 26, on the way to the Sheldon hospital after suffering a heart attack, were held Tuesday at the First Refomed church in Sheldon IA. Rev. Albert Van Dyke officiated at the services and burial was made in the Boyden Cemetery.

Mr. Kooiker was born March 30, 1894 at Hull. He was a farmer, having lived in the Boyden vicinity for many years. He moved to Sheldon a few years ago.

Survivors include the widow, Lena; three sons, John L. of Minneapolis, and Wilfred L and Vernon G, both of Boyden; two daughters, Mrs. Margery Van Dyke of Roland IA and Mrs. Shirley Kaminga of Hudson IA.
