Marian Schoep, 74, of Maynard, Minnesota, died March 4 at her home. Services were March 7 in Hope Reformed Church of Montevideo, Minnesota, the Rev. Dean Meester officiating.
Burial was in Terrace Lawn Memory Gardens in Montevideo.

She was the former Marian Feekes, born August 22, 1911 in Rock Valley. On March 5, 1930, she married John Schoep in Carmel. They lived in Lyon and Sioux counties prior to moving to the Maynard area 37 years ago, residing there since that time. Schoep was a charter member of Hope Reforemd Church in Montevideo, where she was still a member.

Survivors are her husband; 10 sons, Jasper Schoep, Earle, Marlin, Verlyn, and Philip, all of Montevideo, Donald of Artesia, California, Eugene and Ray, of Maynard Minnesota, Berdette of Clarkfield, Minnesota, and Arvin of Holland, Michigan; four daughters, Harriet Nordby of Pequot Lakes, Minnesota, Judy Pennings of Orange City, Violet Poppen of Long Prairie, Minnesota, and Faith Mulder of Canton, Michigan; two brothers, Ted Feekes of Beloit, South Dakota, and Henry of Rock Valley; one sister, Katherine Vander Vliet of Sioux Center; 35 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
