Mrs. Mae Brazie, age 63, of Alton, died Monday, January 17, 1994 at the Orange City Hospital.

Funeral services will be held on Friday January 21, 1994 at 10:30 a.m. at the Alton Presbyterian Church. The Rev. Dr. Carol B. Gailey will officiate. Interment will follow at Nassau Township Cemetery near Alton, Iowa.

Visitation will be after 2:00 p.m. Thursday, with the family present from 7:00-8:30 p.m. at the Van Etten-Oolman-Van Gelder Funeral Home in Orange City.

Mae I. was born march 20, 1930 at Interlaken, Mass., the daughter of Lewis and Harriet Munn. She attended school in Stockbridge, Mass. On Sept.25, 1960 she married William M. Brazie at Chicago, Ill. They moved to Alton in 1965.

Mrs. Brazie was a member of the Alton Presbyterian Church.

Survivors include her husband; five children, Robert and his wife Jeanette of Pleasantville, Georgia and her husband Richard Edwards of Alton, William, Jr. of Alton, Bruce of Hawarden, and Dorothy and her husband Daniel Warnock of Greensboro, N.C.; seven grandchildren, and a sister Elsie Guetzkow of Alton.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two sisters and four brothers.
