Funeral services will be held today (Thursday) at Bellflower, Calif. for Gilbert Visser of Artesia who passed away Monday following a year's illness. Mr. Visser was a carpenter in Sioux Center until 1943 when he moved to California.

Survivors inculde his widow, two sons, Bill and Ted, both of Cal.; three sisters, Mrs. Lane De Stigter and Mrs. Gerrit Pluim of Sioux Center, Mrs. Marinus Vander Berg of Grand Rapids, Mich.; three brothers, Tunis of Sioux Center, Peter of Grand Rapids, Mich., and Neal of Denver Colo.
