Funeral services will be held Thursday afternoon at 1:30 in the Middleburg Reformed church for Gerrit Koerselman who died Sunday afternoon at the home of his daughter, Mrs. John Dokter.

Mr. Koerselman was born in Holland in 1855 and in 1899 he and Mrs. Gerritdina Koerselman moved to Middleburg. Mrs. Koerselman died in 1926 at the age of 80 years.

Mr. Koerselman is survived by five daughters, Mrs. Wm. Van Bruggen of Sheldon, Mrs. Henry Sneller of Sioux Center, Mrs. Ed Olbekkink of Sheldon, Mrs. Henry Gunnink of Edgerton and Mrs. John Dokter of Boyden, and five sons; Henry, Hull; Ben, John, George and Gerrit of Orange City and Dick of Sheldon. One son died in infancy. There are 58 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.

Rev. Manson of Middleburg will have charge of the funeral services.
