Funeral services were held at the Carmel Reformed Church at 1:30pm Monday for Daniel Dean De Jager, 11 month-old son of Mr. and Mrs. Martin De Jager of Rock Valley, who passed away Friday.

Services were conducted by the Rev. William Hoffman and burial was made in the Carmel cemetery.

A short service was held at the family home preceding the church service. Vander Ploeg's Funeral home of Sioux Center was in charge of funeral arrangements.

Daniel was born in Sioux Center January 10, 1956.

Survivors besides his parents include five sisters, Lavonne, Mrs. William Riphagen; Darlene, Mrs. John Van Holland; Elaine, Dianne, and Gloria; a brother, Marvin; and his grandfather, Peter De Jager of Maurice.

Pallbearers were Myron Moss, Lloyd De Jong, Junior De Jager and Glen Moss.
