Arlin De Haan, 27, Hudsonville, Michigan, formerly from Newkirk, died Sept. 29 in a car accident.

Survivors include his wife, Shelly; two sons, Brandon 7, and Joshua, 3; his parents Frank and Johanna (Fedders) De Haan; a sister, Nyla Cuperus; three brothers, Leon, Dennis and Warren and a grandmother, Mrs. Lou De Haan.

Several people from Orange City attended the funeral service.
