Funeral services for Alma Wright, 76, were held Friday, April 22, at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church at 1:20 P.M. The Rev. Landis Gross officiated with burial at the St. John Cemetery, Boyden.

She passed away Wednesday, April 20, at the Sheldon Community Memorial Hospital. Vander Ploeg Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.

The daughter of August and Mathilda (Miller) Baerenwald, Mrs. Wright was born November 29, 1906, at Grant Township, Sioux County. She married Ralph Wright on February 13, 1965 in Sheldon. He passed away July 30, 1982.

She is survived by five brothers, Leo, Fulda, Minnesota; Ernest, Worthington, Minnesota; Martin and George, Boyden; and Oscar, Sheldon; and one sister, Mrs. Rose Strand, San Jose, California.
